Château Les Bouysses wine sets itself apart with a blend from selected plots of old vines, mostly Malbec and closely managed yields (around 30hl/Ha).

Owned by the Marre family since 1933, Château Les Bouysses is the legacy of a vineyard that represents the renaissance of Cahors. Vinovalie has been entrusted to build and pass on this exceptional heritage. This heritage is guaranteed by our Cahors oenologist Hervé Froment.

tasting notes

colour, nose, mouth

A beautiful dark, shiny purple ruby colour. The bouquet is complex with ripe dark cherry and a hint of violet, followed by buttery and vanilla notes. On the palate it is rich and powerful with softened tannins. The wine is fleshy, velvety.
