A small nod to the emblematic grape variety of Gaillacois, le Loin de l'Œil.
Far From The Eye draws its strength in the alluvial and clay-limestone terraces on the right bank of the Tarn. This unique terroir allows optimal maturity of the grapes.
This grape variety existing only in the vineyard gaillacois, suggests that it originated from it. Its very original name comes from its long peduncle that separates the “eye”, the bud, from the cluster that is then far from the eye.
Clear bright yellow colour. An expressive and typical nose grows on citrus and ripe tropical fruits. Greedy and generous mouth.
