100% Mauzac. This sparkling wine is made using the ancestral Gaillac Method: only one alcoholic fermentation using endogenous yeasts. Fermentation starts in the vat and finishes in the bottle (carbon dioxide production) with no tirage liqueur added.
HMMM..! What else needs to be said ! That was the natural appreciation by the expert Vinovalie jury when tasting this wine. And that’s where the wine got its evocative name.
The colour is a pale, sparkling yellow. The very expressive bouquet releases aromas typical of Mauzac (crisp Granny Smith apple) revealed by the vinification. In the mouth it is elegant, lively and fruity, characterising a remarkably balanced and lengthy palate.
