Our oenologist Thierry Serrus uses his extensive expertise to guarantee the unique character of each carefully harvested grape from the Loin de l’Oeil vines grown on the best terroirs, on the River Tarn’s clay-chalky hillsides. This wine is the result of the highest standards at every stage of production, from grape to bottle.
It is pale gold with green tints. It has aromas of white flowers, a hint of smokiness with mineral and tropical fruit notes. On the palate it has great aromatic intensity, full and fleshy with excellent length.
