This selection aims to represent the best regions and the most beautiful appellations of the region. A label that will highlight wines rigorously selected and endorsed by a son of the region: Star Chef, Yannick Delpech (Restaurant L'Amphitryon in Toulouse).

People who are proud of their region, all having the same ambition
 

Together, Vinovalie, Plaimont Producteurs, Les Vignerons Landais and les Vins de la Boétie form Les Vignerons du Sud-Ouest. A union of winemakers cooperating in the development of their vineyards, covering 12 AOP and 8 PGI appellations. It is now positioned as the leader in the South West wine market.  With this new label, the winemakers are looking to use their unique know-how to improve the quality and characteristics of their wines.

Originally from the Tarn, Yannick Delpech grew up in the South West. He is a true son of the region, proud of his land and its history.  The youngest chef in France (he won his first star in 2000 at the age of 24), he represents the future of French cuisine. Today, in the kitchen of the gourmet restaurant "L'Amphitryon" near Toulouse, he also opened the Sandyan bakery in 2013. Thanks to his reputation, he joined the jury of MasterChef in 2015.

The son of a winemaker and with strong attachments to his native South-west, Yannick Delpech favours local products in his inventive cuisine. He is a defender of the region and men who live there.

Yannick Delpech is a true lover of his region and a connoisseur of South-west wines. A young and modern chef chosen to highlight the excellence of South-west wines and to provide his expertise in choosing wines.
