Vinovalie certified FSSC 22000 by BV certification agency !
Vinovalie has already been certified ISO 22000* since 2011 for all its production sites (Fronton, Parnac, Rabastens, Técou, les Châteaux de Cayx, de Marguerite et de Candastre). For its new bottling, packing and logistics site in Saint-Sulpice, Vinovalie worked towards FSSC 22000 certification which was obtained in 2021.
FSSC 22000 is an international norm
It is reconized by the Global Food Safety Initiative.
It integrates a twin continuous improvement approach:
- On the Quality Management System level,
- On the implementation of operational activities level.
This norm harmonizes the requirements of distributors and producers with respect to food security measures.
Through a robust system of control of food quality it enables management of food security risks.
FSSC 22000 combines three main aspects
- An effective management system which is completely integrated into the whole company’s general management system (repetition of all of the requirements of ISO 22000 and coherence with the main system references such as ISO 9001 et ISO 14001).
- Methodology based on HACCP (Hazards Analysis – Critical Control Points).
- Utilisation of a detailed guide, ISO TS 22002-1, which satisfies the requirements of producers and distributors with respect to PRP for the transformation of foods or production of food ingredients.
FSSC 22000 is based on norm ISO 22000 its technical specifications described in TS 220002-1 as well as supplementary requirements in FSSC 22000 referring to GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) criteria.
